고려대학교 기술경영전문대학원은 국내 최고의 ｢기술경영 전문인력｣ 양성이라는 비전 아래, 창의적이며 유연한 사고와 경영학과 공학의 통합적 역량을 보유한 CEO, CTO, CGO 등 산업계 핵심 리더와 기술경영학 분야 최고의 석학과 연구자의 배출을 목표로 주간 전문대학원으로 교육부 인가를 받아 2010년 설립되었습니다.

본 대학원은 미래 기술경영환경에 능동적으로 대처하고 기업의 신성장동력을 창출하기 위한 기술개발 및 경영기획 능력을 겸비한 신사업/신수종 개발 인력 양성과, 기술기반 금융, 마케팅, 애널리틱스 기법을 활용한 기술사업화 인력 양성을 위해, ‘산업현장 밀착 실전형 교육’, ‘기술사업화 eco-system’, ‘다양한 국제협력 네트워크’, 그리고 ‘유망분야 특성화 교육체계’ 구축을 위해 힘쓰고 있습니다. 교과과정을 네 개의 전공트랙(기술경영, 기술금융, 지식재산경영, 국방기술경영)으로 세분화하고 산업 현장에서 요구되는 기술경영 제 분야의 다양한 커리큘럼과 교육과정을 제공하며 실용적인 이론 교육과 연구를 하고 있습니다. 국내외 최고의 교수진과 각 분야에서 온 학생들의 심도 있는 토론 및 정보교류와 더불어 세계 유수 대학과 국제기구와의 학술교류 및 기업들과의 산학협력도 활발히 이뤄지고 있습니다.

국내 기술경영대학원 중 최대 규모인 고려대학교 기술경영전문대학원은 대학원 내의 세 개 학과인 ‘기술경영학과‘, ’국방기술경영학과‘, '지식재산전략학과'에서 현재 석·박사 학위와, 본교 경영대학원과 협력하여 복수학위(MOT-MBA)를 수여합니다. 그리고 각계 최고경영자의 창조적 리더십을 함양하고 기술경영 인재들의 마중물 현장이 되고자 "고려대학교 기술경영 최고경영자과정(TMAMP)"을 운영하고 있고, 급속한 기술 및 금융 환경 변화와 블록체인과 암호화폐 기술 및 경영 환경 변화에 효과적이고 전략적으로 대응할 수 있도록 기술금융과 블록체인 전반에 관한 핵심적인 이론과 현장 중심의 살아있는 지식을 제공하고자 “고려대학교 기술금융 & 블록체인 전문가과정(TFBPP)"을 운영합니다. 벤처기업의 인재 양성과 인프라 확산을 위해 중소벤처기업부, 한국벤처캐피탈협회와 함께 '벤처캐피털 투자심사 전문가 양성과정(벤처투자론)'을 개설했고, 벤처창업 동아리를 만들어 학생들의 창업을 지원하고 있습니다. 또한 산업현장 밀착 실천형 인재양성을 위해 '프로젝트관리 전문가과정(PMP, CAPM)도 실시합니다.

The KOREA UNIVERSITY Graduate School of Management of Technology (KOREA MOT) aims at nurturing “new technological business model development experts” and “technology commercialization experts” who can proactively cope with the future high-tech environments featuring technology and market uncertainty and competitive volatility.

With the conclusive goal to foster creative industry leaders(i.e. CEO, CTO, CGO) as well as the best scholars and researchers in the areas of management of technology, KOREA MOT offers degree programs(Master, Doctor, Dual-Degree), executive education(AMP), and various non-degree programs.

KOREA MOT consists of three departments(Department of Management of Technology, Department of Management of Defense Technology, Department of Intellectual Property Strategy), and four majors(technology management, technology finance, intellectual property management, and defense technology management). We boast the best faculty members, diverse practical curriculum, and opportunities to participate in research projects and internships at the finest universities and companies in Korea and around the world.
